NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 3, 2012 and a Final Summary Judgment dated January 25, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-002014, DIVISION: F, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES LLC, is Plaintiff and PATRICIA QUEVEDO; CARLOS PESCETTO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; PINEHURST AT CROSS CREEK PARCEL “M” ASSOCIATION, INC.; CROSS CREEK II MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 19th day of November, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, BLOCK 4, CROSS CREEK PARCEL M, PHASE 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 86, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 18104 LEMBRECHT DRIVE, TAMPA, FL 33647.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
