NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 18, 2012, entered in the above captioned action, 29-2011-CA-013315, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at public sale in Room 201/202, George Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, 33602, at 10:00 A.M. on December 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
The East 155 feet of the North 235.5 feet of Tract II in the southwest 1/4 less East 5 feet for Road right of way, Section 23, Township 29 South, Range 19 East, South Tampa Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 3, of the public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
