F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., Plaintiff, and, RUIZ, JONATHAN, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 19TH day of November, 2012, the following described property:
