NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2011-CA-007108-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is the Plaintiff and DIANE ARNN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANE ARNN and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 7th day of January, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 70 FEET OF LOTS 11 AND 12 AND THE WEST 30 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 10, BLOCK O, SUNSHINE GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK L, PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
