NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 9th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-13351, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and CARLA P. RISI A/K/A CARLA PAOLA RISI; LAKESIDE AT LAKES OF WINDERMERE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; RAFAEL H. CASAS A/K/A RAFAEL CASAS A/K/A RAFAEL CASAS DE LAS PENAS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) A/K/A COURTNEY RINGER; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 11th day of December, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 304, PHASE 8, LAKESIDE AT LAKES OF WINDERMERE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8521, PAGE 607, AND ALL VALID AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AND UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE EXHIBITS TO THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED, EXEMPLIFIED, REFERRED TO AND SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
