NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 29, 2012 in Civil Case No. 48-2011-CA-014985-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. is the Plaintiff and MAVIS PERSAUD, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of December, 2012 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 52, Deerfield Place, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 57, Pages 119 through 121, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
