Final Judgment was awarded on October 22, 2012 in Civil Case No.:2011-CA-006793-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC5 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff, and, CHUONG VAN NGUYEN; NIEN THI DO; LAN THI CHAU A/K/A LAN T. CHAI; AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, FSB; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
