NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 25, 2012 and entered in Case No. 48-2011-CA-008327-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and JACK L. PHILLIPS, II; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACK L. PHILLIPS, II; JOY PHILLIPS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOY PHILLIPS N/K/A JACK PHILLIPS I; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; VILLAGES OF RIO PINAR CLUB ASSOCIATION, LLC; VILLAGES OF RIO PINAR COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 11/29/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
