NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 25, 2012 and entered in Case No. 48-2011-CA-008368-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ISABEL QUEVEDO RODRIGUEZ A/K/A ISABEL QUEDEO RODRIGUEZ; LUIS RODRIGUEZ; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; EASTWOOD COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A LUIS RODRIGUEZ, JR are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 11/29/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 197, THE VILLAGES AT EASTWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 125, 126, 127 AND 128, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
