Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 29, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
unit 1208, building 1, of visconti west, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in official records book 8253, page 1955, public records of orange county, florida, and all recorded and unrecorded amendments thereto. together with an undivided interest or share in the. common elements appurtenant thereto. and together with any non-exclusive easements as described in that certain declaration of covenants, restrictions and easements for visconti recorded in official records book 8066, page 4223, public records of orange county, florida.,
and commonly known as: 1408 lake shadow cir, maitland, fl 32751; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on January 28, 2013 at 11 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
