NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2012, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-015943-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Jose Mercado, Diane Diaz, Edgardo Diaz, Ruth Maldonado, Janice Mercado, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Orange County Clerk of Court, Laura Sauer, State of Florida, State of Florida Department of Revenue, Stratford Pointe Homeowners Association, Target National Bank, Doris Torres, are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 26th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 98, STRATFORD POINTE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGES 107 THROUGH 111, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
