NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-003801 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC. is the Plaintiff and DAVID G POWERS, CLERK OF THE COURT OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, CRESTVIEW CONDOMINIUMS OF ORLANDO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., SAXONIS PAINTING & RECONSTRUCTION, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID G POWERS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 4 day of January, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 315, PHASE III, CRESTVIEW CONDOMINIUMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5238, PAGE 2199, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
