NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48 2009 CA 004612 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, F.S.B. is the Plaintiff and LUIS ALFREDO VARELA, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUIS ALFREDO VARELA IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 4 day of January, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 59, SOUTH POINT UNIT I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 85-86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
