NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-017588-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and JONATHAN GUILLIAM, KENSINGTON MANOR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR MORRISON FINANCIAL SERVICES OF FLORIDA, LLC, MARITZA ELENA GUILLIAM and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 22 day of February, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39, KENSINGTON MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE(S) 92 THROUGH 95, INCLUSIVE, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
