NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:

PARCEL/TAX I.D. #11-23-29-3756-01-010. COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1100 PALMA DRIVE, ORLANDO, FLORIDA 32805.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash in a foreclosure sale at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. (EST), on the 3rd day of December, 2012.
