NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 12th day of December 2012, at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
A CONDOMINIUM UNIT DESIGNATED AS BUILDING NO. 895, UNIT NO. 108 OF VILLAGE LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, DATED 3/21/79 AND RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4829, PAGE 464 AND ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 11-27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL OF THE APPURTENANCES THERETO, ALL ACCORDING TO SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AS AMENDED.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
