NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered this 24th day of October 2012 in Civil Case No. 2010-014302-XX-CICI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A, as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-RFC1, Asset-Backed Pass Through Certificates, Plaintiff and CRYSTAL L. LASHBROOK, Et Al; are defendant(s). The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the subject property at public sale on December 11, 2012 at 10:00 am to the highest and best bidder for cash online sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com after having first given notice as required by section 45.031 FLORIDA STATUTES in reference to the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
