NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 312 of LAKE HIGHLANDER RO ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, legally described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. With the following street address: 1500 County Road 1, #312, Dunedin, Florida, 34698.
The undersigned corporation also has a Claim of Lien on the Membership Certificate #194 of DAVID R. CHMURA and CHERYL A. CHMURA, for any and all sums due the lien holder in relation to their ownership of the Membership Certificate and their acceptance of the Occupancy Agreement and outstanding Promissory Note.
And the mobile home situated thereon described as: 1978 Doublewide: ID# 04952A, Title #0016090112, and ID# 04952B, Title # 0016090113.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 4, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
