NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 4, 2010 and an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale Date for December 6, 2012 dated this 30th day of October 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-6147-XX-CICI-019 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST SERIES 2006-3 , Plaintiff and SCOTTY MONK, Et Al; are defendant(s). The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the subject property at public sale on December 6, 2012 at 10:00 am to the highest and best bidder for cash online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES in reference to the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
