NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 18th, 2012 and a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-009268-CI-21 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company As Trustee for the registered holder of Soundview Home Loan Trust 2006-EQ1 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-EQ1, is Plaintiff and Carol A. Hellem a/k/a Carol Hellem, and The Lakes Homeowners Association I, Inc., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 65, The Lakes, Unit I, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 69, Page 64-65 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 4371 Great Lakes Drive North, Clearwater, FL 33762
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
