Maxwell, Walter K. Maxwell, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 4th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
