STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION NOTICE OF PROPOSED AGENCY ACTION
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (“FDEP”) gives notice that it
proposes to approve a No Further Action Proposal with Institutional Controls for contaminated properties located in Pinellas Park, Pinellas County, Florida with the following Pinellas County, Florida Property Appraiser Tax Identification Numbers: 33-30-16-69948-100-1804, 33-30-16-69948-100-1803, and 33-30-16-69948-100-3101 (collectively, the “Properties”). Pall Aeropower Corporation is seeking this action in reference to FDEP Site ID # FLD 002 035 723, which is located at 6301 49th Street North, Pinellas Park, Florida (the “Site”) and intends to restrict exposure to contamination by restricting and limited the use of any groundwater located under the Properties.

Complete copies of the No Further Action Proposal with Institutional Controls, the draft restrictive covenant, and the FDEP's preliminary evaluation are available for public inspection during normal business hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except legal holidays at FDEP, Southwest District, 13051 N. Telecom Parkway, Temple Terrace, FL 33637.

Local governments with jurisdiction over the property subject to the Institutional Control, real property owner(s) of any property subject to the Institutional Control, and residents of any property subject to the Institutional Control have 30 days from publication of this notice to provide comments to FDEP.
