Dassett, John F. Dassett, Diversified Photo Supply Corporation, La Costa Brava Condominium No. 1, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 A.M. on the 12th day of December 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. 90, LA COSTA BRAVA CONDO NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OWNERSHIP OF LA COSTA BRAVA CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3693, PAGE 869, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 955 SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND TOGETHER WITH A PERPETUAL AND NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT IN COMMON WITH, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL OTHER OWNERS OF UNDIVIDED INTERESTS IN THE IMPROVEMENTS UPON THE LAND ABOVE DESCRIBED FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AND USE OF ALL PUBLIC PASSAGEWAYS, AS WELL AS COMMONS AREAS AND FACILITIES UPON THE LAND DESCRIBED.
