NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-001030 CI 7, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY DOUGLAS A/K/A ANTHONY S. DOUGLAS; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; DONNA DOUGLAS A/K/A DONNA L. DOUGLAS; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A TOM BECKKER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 28th day of November, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 75, ORANGE MANOR FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 89, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
