Final Judgment was awarded on October 16, 2012 in Civil Case No.: 08-013807-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and, JAIRO VALENCIA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAIRO VALENCIA; JAMES VALENCIA; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on November 30, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
