NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-008952-08, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION 2008-FT1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2008-FT1, is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THEODORE J. BROWN A/K/A THEODORE JAMES BROWN, DECEASED, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; STATE OF FLORIDA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERTA D. BROWN; APRIL GRASSO, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 19th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, FAIRFIELD VIEW, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 33, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
