Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 2, 2012, entered in Case No. 2009-20886-CI-19 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK, successor by merger to AmSouth Bank, is the Plaintiff, and XZILR8ING ENTERPRISES, L.L.C., THOMAS R. MALIN, III, and LOIS A. MALIN, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on December 13, 2012, the following-described property set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
