NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-001617 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Indenture Trustee of the HomeBanc Mortgage Trust 2005-3, Plaintiff and Harry K. Ramlogun and Roopa D. Ramlogun a/k/a Roopa Ramlogun, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 4, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT NO. 17, BUILDING NO. 1, EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CYPRESS ESTATES CONDOMINIUM UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5039, PAGES 58 THROUGH 126, AND AS RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5043, PAGES 182 THROUGH 250, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 81 THROUGH 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
