World Savings Bank, is the Plaintiff and Sheri L. Deweese, Regions Bank, Tenant #1 n/k/a Tim Flanagan, Tenant #2 n/k/a Amy Flanagan, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on the 4th day of December 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
