Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court for PASCO County, Florida, Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida:
A parcel of land lying within the Northeast ¼ of Section 26, Township 24 South, Range 20 East, Pasco County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
For a point of reference commence at the Southwest corner of the Southeast ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of said Section 26; thence South 89 degrees 51'03” West, a distance of 17.66 feet to the Easterly maintained right-of-way of Curley Road; thence North 01 degree 48'53” East, along said Easterly maintained right-of-way, a distance of 348.48 feet for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue along the Easterly maintained right-of-way for the following two (2) courses and distances: 1) North 01 degree 48'53” East, a distance of 181.77 feet: 2) North 00 degree 05'38” West, a distance of 45.68 feet; thence North 89 degrees 54'41” East, a distance of 499.79 feet; thence South 00 degree 08'36” East, a distance of 226.81 feet; thence South 89 degrees 51'03” West, a distance of 506.04 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 2.618 acres more or less.

For a POINT OF BEGINNING commence at the Southwest corner of the Northeast ¼ of the said Section 26; thence South 89 degrees 51'03” West, a distance of 17.66 feet to the Easterly maintained right-of-way of Curley Road; thence North 01 degree 48'53” East, along said Easterly maintained right-of-way, a distance of 530.25 feet; thence continue along said Easterly maintained right-of-way, North00 degree 05'38” West, a distance of 75.68 feet; thence North 89 degrees 54'41” East, a distance of 42.54 feet; thence South 01 degree 48'536” West, a distance of 605.93 feet; thence South 89 degrees 51'03” West, a distance of 22.36 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
