NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-004581ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and HUGO PERLAZA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE KB HOMES LOANS, A COUNTRYWIDE MORTGAGE VENTURES, LLC SERIES; RINKER MATERIALS OF FLORIDA, INC F/K/A RINKER MATERIALS CORPORATION; TIERRA DEL SOL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; YASMIN MEDINA CHICON; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 27th day of November, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 16 OF TIERRA DEL SOL PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE (S) 130 THROUGH 144, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
