whose residence is unknown if he/she/they be living; and if he/she/they be dead, the unknown Defendants who may be spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, and all parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Defendants, who are not known to be dead or alive, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property described in the mortgage being foreclosed herein.
ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS

LOT 4 A PORTION OF TRACT 50-A OF THE UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION OF NEW RIVER RANCHETTES UNIT 2, IN SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 36; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 43' 27” WEST, ALONG THE NORTH LINE THEREOF, A DISTANCE OF 1671.44 FEET; THENCE SOUTH, A DISTANCE OF 2126.32 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE EAST, A DISTANCE OF 400.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 11 DEGREES 18' 31” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 127.47 FEET; THENCE WEST A DISTANCE OF 375.01 FEET; THENCE NORTH, A DISTANCE OF 125.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS AND EXCEPT THE WEST 25 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY. TOGETHER WITH A MOBILE HOME VIN NUMBERS PH2401GA1162A AND PH2401GA1162B.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses on or before 12/10/2012 a date which is within 30 days after the first publication, if any, on Elizabeth R.
