NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 10-CA-009317 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, MARTHA BOMBINO, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 11TH day of JANUARY 2013, the following described property:
LOT 21, BLOCK 1 CYPRESS TREE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
