NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated 15th day of October, 2012, entered in the above captioned action, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 6, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 4, VENETIAN AT BAY PARK, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGE(S) 260 THROUGH 269, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
