NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Re-scheduling Sale dated October 22, 2012and entered in Case No. 11-CC-29234-L, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE EAGLES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC is Plaintiff, and BRIAN LIPSTEIN and JEANETTE LIPSTEIN are Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on December 14, 2012, in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m, the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 13, Block E, TURNBERRY AT THE EAGLES - FIRST ADDITION, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 79, Page 67 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
