NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-001084, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and ALFREDO DURRUTHY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALFREDO DURRUTHY; CITIMORTGAGE, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A SOPHIE GRAFFER, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 10th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 7, HILLSIDE UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
