NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 12-CA-004718 DIV K of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP , Plaintiff, and, ANA FABIAN, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of December 2012, the following described property:
LOT 21, BLOCK 16, SOUTHERN COMFORT HOMES, UNIT NO 1 AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 9 PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
