and commonly known as: 1609 E LINDEN AVE, TAMPA, FL 33610; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on November 27, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
