YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint to foreclose a mortgage on real property located in Hillsborough County, Florida has been filed and commenced in this Court and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on DANIEL S. Corporate Boulevard, Ste. 305W, Boca Raton, Florida 33431 and file the original with the Clerk of the above styled Court within 30 days after first publication of Notice, on or before December 10, 2012, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint, to wit: the foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described property:
Unit No. 1-304, CLUBREATH KEY BAYSIDE CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 14118, page 1940, all attachments thereto, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and together with an undivided interest in the common elements as stated in said Declaration of Condominium to be appurtenant to the condominium unit.
