NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 10-11-12 and entered in Case No. 12-CC-001638 , of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein LAKESHORE RANCH HOMEOWNERS' SSOCIATION, INC is Plaintiff, and CONSTANCE FARMER and CAROL BREWER are Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 11-30-12, in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m, the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41, BLOCK A, LAKESHORE RANCH - PHASE IIA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGES 46-1 THROUGH 46-3 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
