NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Summary Final Judgment dated October 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-017999 Div K of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit, in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., ALSO KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., FORMERLY KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and RICHARD HERMAN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD HERMAN n/k/a VICKI HERMA, RUSSELLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1 n/k/a BETH MEIER are the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on January 17, 2013 at 10:00 AM electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com TAMPA, Florida, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit K-169, RUSSELLWOOD, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded May 5, 1981, in Official Records Book 3807, Pages 1312 through 1369, inclusive, and amendments thereto, and according to the Condominium Plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, PAge 43, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.; together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
