Notice is given that under a Final Judgment dated October 30, 2012, in Case No. 12-CC-041796 of the County Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which MAGNOLIA PARK AT RIVERVIEW HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is plaintiff and CAROLYN COLON UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROLYN COLON & ANY UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION, are the defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder at the on-line auction conducted at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 21st day of December, 2012, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment:
Lot 11, Block , Magnolia Park Central Phase A, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 115, Pages 185-190, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
