NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 03, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-024621 DIV. C of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, Plaintiff, and JUAN J. ROMERO; ROSEMARY GARCIA; EAGLE PALMS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/KA/ CECELIA GUZMAN, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 29th day of November, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 71, EAGLE PALM PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 113, PAGES 11 THROUGH 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
