Stuben, AmSouth Bank d/b/a Regions Bank, Villa Sonoma at International Plaza Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 28th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
