NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-16735 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee under the pooling and servicing agreement relating to IMPAC Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and Jorge Farias, The Falls at New Tampa Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 28th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 8531, IN BUILDING 1, OF THE FALLS AT NEW TAMPA CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16709 AT PAGE 769, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED.
