NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2007-CA-14751 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Michele Vulcano, John Doe n/k/a Miguel Ferer, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 27th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
