and commonly known as: 6204 Fairway Boulevard, Apollo Beach, FL 33572, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at public sale on DECEMBER 10, 2012, at 10:00 A.M., after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
