NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29 2009 CA 030530 DIV. C of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., Plaintiff, and, MEGAN LEE CLARK, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 5TH day of DECEMBER 2012, the following described property:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NUMBER 304, HYDE PARK PLACE II, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH THE APPURTENANT UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 12354, PAGE 1999 AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 12, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
