NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-009642 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, Successor-In-Interest to Wachovia Bank, N.A. as Trustee of Mastr Arm Trst 2005-7 , is the Plaintiff and Alicia D. Rodriguez, Heriberto Rodriguez, Jane Doe a/k/a Gertrude Mais, John Doe a/k/a Bryon Wilson, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 28th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
