NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-004570 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and DIONICIA HERRERA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit 2866A, Building 12, SOMERSET PARK, a Condominium, further described in the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 15971, at Page(s) 1 through 101 as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
